Brenda Carol Hartsfield Wooten, age 77, of North Little Rock, formerly of Pine Bluff, went to be with God and her beloved husband Roger on July 22, 2024. She was born September 1, 1946, to the late Franklin R. and Jewell W. Hartsfield.

Mrs. Wooten leaves behind to remember her with love and laughter, her three brothers, Larry (Linda) Hartsfield, Curtis (Carol) Hartsfield, Gene (Susan) Hartsfield, and her sister, Dottie McDaniel; her children, Angie Travelstead, Billy Lent and Scotty Lent; eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, along with her nieces and nephews. She also leaves to cherish her memory, fiancé of Scotty, Nikki Waters, who was also her caregiver for the last year and a half of her life.

Brenda worked as a florist and delivered flowers for several years for The Petal Shoppe in Pine Bluff. She later became an officer for the Arkansas Department of Corrections, where she advanced to become a Sargent, serving twenty-five years until her retirement to care for her ailing husband, Roger. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, camping in her camper while at the deer camp, playing games on the computer, drinking coffee and LOTS of Dr. Pepper, as well as spending time with Roger and her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Roger, grandson Bryan Lent, great granddaughter, Neveah Lent, and brother-in-law, Ray McDaniel. There will be no funeral service, as her children wish to have a private family graveside gathering in her memory.
