Bryson Kane Gabriel passed from this life on February 22 after a hard-fought battle with bacterial Endocarditis. Bryson was born on July 18, 1994 to Danine Hoffman Gabriel and the late Steven Jay Gabriel. In addition to his father, Bryson is preceded in death by his grandparents Bill and Shirley Hoffman and Janice Gabriel.

Bryson is survived by his mother, Danine Gabriel; brother, Brandon Jay Gabriel; nephew, Orion Gabriel; sister, Brittney Leah Gabriel; his precious children, Jillian Ann Gabriel and Kane Michael Gabriel; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Bryson Gabriel lived a full life in his 26 years. Avid skateboarder turned golfer; Bryson loved sports. He played for the North Little Rock High School golf team. Bryson, growing up in a family of professional chefs, took to the trade like a duck to water. He loved to cook. He loved food preparation and presentation. His time working at the Skylark Café challenged his skills in all of these areas. If asked, Bryson Kane Gabriel would tell you that his greatest accomplishment and his greatest love was his two children Jillian (Jill) and Kane (Bubba), and they adored him.

We are grateful to the doctors and staff at the Baptist Hospital system. They took very special care of Bryson, beginning with his heart surgery in October through this latest recurrence of Endocarditis. We want to express our special thanks to Aunt Lynn Fryar whose love, compassion and precious bed side conversations with Bryson made a difference to us all.

A memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, March 3 at 10:00 am at First Baptist Church, 701 Country Club Road, Sherwood Arkansas to celebrate the life of Bryson Kane Gabriel; a loving, witty and compassionate young man.
