Cecil Loland Owens Jr. age 47 of Jacksonville, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2019 in Jacksonville. He was born February 2, 1972 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Cecil and Veronica Lindsey Owens Sr. Mr. Owens was employed many years with Democrat Printing in Little Rock. He was preceded in death by his wife Tammy Owens in 2009 and his father.

Cecil is survived by two daughters, Kayla Marino and Brittany Hahn, both of Jacksonville; mother, Veronica Owens of Jacksonville; three grandchildren; sister, Allen McCully of Jacksonville.
