Charles Anthony Narcolli, age 50 of Ward, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Hospice Homecare in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was on September 22, 1967 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Anthony John Narcolli and Wanda Lynn Mathis.
He is survived by his sister, Anita Marie Narcolli of Pass Christian, Mississippi.
