Charles Pennington Jr age 56 passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. He was born on August 9, 1962 in Little Rock to the late Mary Alice Davidson and Charles Roosevelt Pennington. Charles was preceded in death by sister, Debbie McDonald. He was loved by many friends.

He is survived by daughters, Brianna (Ryan) Duval of Jacksonville and Ashley Rose; sisters, Stella Lowmax, Kathy Blair, and Terisa Roberts; girlfriend, Stacey Linder; life long friend, Steve Porter; numerous nieces and nephews.
