Charles Edward Powell age 66, of Bryant, Arkansas passed away February 8, 2018 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born November 8, 1951 in North Little Rock to the late William and Mary Walker Powell. On January 10, 1984, Charles married Elice Adams in Las Vegas, Nevada. He currently worked as a shoe specialist for Dillards. Charles was proceeded in death by his brother, Jim Powell.
He is survived by his wife, Elice of Bryant; four children, Allen Powell, Latoska Powell, Edward Powell, all of California; Fanuel Powell of Connecticut; two sisters, Linda Weir and Rosemary Eskeridge both of North Little Rock.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501)313-5431.
