Charles Edward Walker, was the twelfth child born to the union of Howard and Leeanner Walker on February 17, 1952 in West Point, Mississippi. He was a devoted father and husband. Charles loved spending time with his family, his heart would throb for his grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, watching MeTV and wrestling.

Charles graduated from Jacksonville High school in 1971 where he earned titles of All State and All Conference in Basketball and Football.
He retired from Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, AR where he was employed for 28 years.

Charles Walker, age 71, departed this life on August 21, 2023. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife of fourty-six years, Sherry Ann Walk; sons, Charles Walker, Jr. of Jonesboro, AR, Quincy Tyrone Walker of Little Rock, AR  and Elijah Lee Walker (Syrita) of Jacksonville, AR.; sisters, Clara Thompson of Fayetteville, AR., Corian Walker, Teliah Walker, Marquise Smith, Teairra Walker, Kaiteona Walker, Trovarius Walker and Taniyah Walker; eight great-grand children, A'rianna Walker, A'King Walker, Ma'Kayla Smith, Marquise Smith, Jr., Ivoreé Love, Rayne Walker, Iryland Walker and El'zior Holloway;  many nieces and nephews that he loved.

Charles was preceeded in death by his parents; five brothers and five sisters, Rosie Clark, Daisy Mae Cousins, Osalee Cousins, Suzanna Ford, Hattie Flemmons, John Allen Walker, John Howard Walker, Johnny Lee Walker, Jessie James Walker and J.C. Walker.
