Obituary

Clarice Ann Schellinger, a devoted and loving mother, of North Little Rock died in church August 15, 2021. She was born on January 2, 1935 in North Little Rock to Ethel Ritchie and Joseph Fenton Lemon.  Clarice was preceded in death by her husband and soul mate, James Roy Schellinger; parents, Ethel and Joseph Lemon; sisters, Doris and Bernadine.  She worked as a full time realtor with Michelle Phillips & Company who held her associate broker license.  Clarice served on the Board of Realtors and a member of the Chamber of Commerce.  She was recently recognized again for the Real Estate Award of Excellence.  Clarice was a devout Christian who recently transferred her membership to Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church. She loved watching Dr. Robbins on the TV during Covid and even more in person.

Clarice leaves behind three daughters, Debbie (Troy) Brown, Denise Richmond (Terry Piker) and Sunny (Brad) Krowski; six grandchildren, Robin Dillon (Bryan) Arendt, Gary Dillon, Joseph Krowski, James Krowski, Julia Krowski and Jeremy Brown; six great grandchildren, Erin Arendt, Justin Arendt, Gabriel Dillon, Kaya Dillon, Ariana Brown, Jordon Brown; a host of other loved ones.

A celebration of life service for Clarice will be at Arkansas Veteran's Cemetery in North Little Rock September 1, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to American Heart Society or Schmitar Shriners Memorial Fund.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501) 313-5431.
