Cloteen Barbara Holman Cowan, 94 of Little Rock died on April 23, 2019. She was born August 8, 1924 to Rack and Mattie Pearl Young Holman of Harrison, Arkansas.

Cloteen was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Eugene Woodrow Holman and her husband of 64 years Frank Kirby Cowan. She is survived by one son Joe, her daughter-in-law Dianne and several nieces and nephews. She was a devoted wife and mother. She loved her church, her family, gospel music and her involvement in the creation of the Claude Parrish Cancer Center. While president, her focus was on fund raising and the cancer support group.

Memorial services will be held at the First Christian Church in Harrison and Woodland Heights Senior Living in Little Rock.
