David Russell Pinckard age 64 of New Edinburg, Arkansas passed Thursday, May 7, 2020 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock.  He was born in Roseda, California to Andrew Russell Rinckard and Aurthur Marie Cupid.  David worked in the construction business.

He is survived by his daughter, Rosjuane Stevens of McGehee, Arkansas.
