Debra Dalene Hockaday "GiGi", 64, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed Friday, June 5, 2020 in a Little Rock Hospital.  Debra was born October 22, 1955 in Dyersburg, Tennessee to the late Bobby Jack and Betty Jean Harris. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. In addition to her parents, Debra was preceded in death by her grandmother, Rachel Garrison and her oldest daughter, Debbie Lynn Permenter.

She was loved and adored by many. She left behind her husband, Terry Hockaday; two daughters, Donna Lee Bevis, Jessica and Matt Woods; one brother, Allen Cole; one sister, Jeanna Damesworth; seven grandchildren, Erica and Zach Lippard, Montana Lee Bevis, Craig and Blair Whitt, Kateland Rayne Turner, Alexia Nicole Beasley, Brynley and Cara Woods and a number of great-grandchildren, friends, and other relatives.
