Delora Francis Hollomon was born on August 2, 1945, in El Dorado, Arkansas, to Ardie Raymond and Mildred Butcher Dickson . Delora passed away Friday, February 16, 2024, at home in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt whose capacity for love, compassion, and acceptance knew no boundaries. Delora married Noel Hollomon on May 6, 1965, and began her family in which they shared 57 wonderful years together.
Delora was very fond of traveling the country with her husband, Noel, listening to good ol' country music and enjoying the beauty of life's wonders along the way. She truly loved spending time with her family, children, and grandchildren. They always brought her so much joy.
Delora was preceded in death by her parents, Ardie & Mildred Dickson; her siblings, Desmond Dickson, Kenneth Dickson, Johnny Dickson, Linda Kelley Harris, all of ElDorado, Arkansas, Norma Jean Grady of Conway, Barbara Ann Upshaw of Orange, Texas; her husband, Noel Jefferson Hollomon Jr.
Delora is survived by her children, Katrina (Scott) Tarno, Kelly (Aaron) Anderson, and Noel "Jeff" Hollomon III and daughter-in-love, Shannon Hollomon; grandchildren, Katrina Hollomon, Christina Hollomon, Daron Vines, Erin Tarno, Samantha Gillespie, Chad Tarno, Mason Anderson, and Hailey Sayer. She is also survived by her four great grandchildren, Jackson, Everlee, Zoey, and Levi; two sisters, Joyce Jones and Angeline Warren; her sister-in-laws, Barbara Dickson, Brenda Hirscheider, Rita Coggins; a brother-in-law Jimmy Harris, her beloved dog and protector Bocephus Hollomon and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation Services provided by Cremation Services of Arkansas
Family Memorial Service will be Thursday February 22, 2024, at 11 am, in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the Hollomon Family Home.
