Donna Ruth Deglar, 66 of Mabelvale passed away Tuesday, November 20,2018 at St Vincent Hospital in Little Rock. She was born on February 10, 1952 in North Little Rock to the late Lewis Brown Hefner and Dessie Mae Mitchell Hefner.
She is survived by her love of more than 30 years, Frank Vermalen.
