Douglas Detrick age 75 passed away Thursday, April 11, 2019 at St Vincent Hospital in Sherwood.  He was born on November 1, 1943 in Troy, Ohio to Doris E. Sprinkel and Carl A. Detrick.   Douglas was employed with Dassault Falcon Jet for twenty five years until he retired in July 2009.  He was a member of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church. Douglas was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ronald Detrick.

He is survived by wife, Susan Hosley Detrick of Little Rock; daughters, Christine Detrick of Little Rock and Susan (Ric Tanner) Detrick of Sherwood; sisters-in-law, Sally (Elmo) Flory and Rebecca (Bruce) VanDervort, Carole Detrick; and numerous nephews.

A memorial service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, April 29, 2019 at Pulaski Heights UMC.  The family ask that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Pulaski Heights UMC, Little Rock Winds, Pulaski County Humane Society or National Multiple Sclerosis Society.  Cremation services are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501)313-5431.
