Edward Franklin Cones, age 75 of Little Rock passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023 at University of Arkansas Medical Center.  He was born on June 25, 1947 in Little Rock to Lottie Holmes and Joe Cones.  Ed was preceded in death by parents, Lottie and Joe Cones; two sisters.

After retiring from Simmons Bank Information Technology Department, Ed spent his time camping and riding his motorcycle.  He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast, who was known as Charlie Brown with his riding buddies.  Ed wanted to make sure that no man was left behind so he was the last rider.  He will be remembered for the stories that he told while sitting around a campfire.

Ed is survived by his wife of fifty years, Cindy Fletcher Cones; mother-in-law, Jerry Fletcher; sister, Elizabeth (Liz) Shaw.
