Frances Ellen Fisher Honeycutt, 83, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2021, at Encore Rehabilitation of West Little Rock. She was born on May 12, 1938, in Champaign, IL, to Elmer "Clifford" Fisher and Margaret Abigail Norton, both of Tolono, IL.

Frances graduated from Unity High School and went on to obtain an associate degree, a bachelor's degree, and a master's degree, all of Social Work, from various colleges and universities. She began her working career at Contact of Arkansas in Little Rock, followed by becoming a founding member of SCAN, Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect of Arkansas. There she worked in a social work capacity focusing on supporting children across the state for over thirty years.

A momma, a Granny Franny, a sister, and an Aunt Fran, Frances will be remembered for her smile and her "heart to heart hugs." She was a passionate Arkansas Razorbacks and University of Illinois fan, if a game was on, she would be cheering, and everyone would know! In her quiet time, she enjoyed reading a book or tinkering in the garden. Her small gardening hobby led her to continuing her life passion for learning and she became an Illinois Master Gardner.

Frances was proceeded in death by her parents, Clifford and Margaret Fisher, her husband, Thaddeus Dwight Honeycutt, and her previous spouse Thomas Tipton Millard III. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Barbara (Bryan) Robinson of Little Rock, AR, grandchildren Taylor Robinson of Bentonville, AR and Tipton Robinson of Fayetteville, AR, brother John (Jan) Fisher of Tolono, IL and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
