Frances L. Jowers went home to be with her savior June 2nd, 2023.  She was born August 26,1941 to Lynn Peeples Burns and Nettie Lee Robson Burns Binion of Kenedy, Texas.  Fran was preceded in death by her father, Lynn P. Burns; her mother, Nettie Binion; her stepfather, Marion R. Binion; her brother, Robert Lee Burns; granddaughter, Kayla Honeysuckle.

She leaves behind a large family who are grieving her loss, including her loving husband of 44 years, W. Wayne Jowers.

Fran was mother to five children; Beverly (John) White of Thousand Palms, CA, Rodney Burnett (Lucinda) of Malvern, AR,  Becky (Joe) Morris of Hot Springs, AR, Shelly (Jody) Jones of Mount Vernon, MO and Keisha (Owen) Honeysuckle of Sherwood, AR;  seventeen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren;  two great, great grandchildren.

Fran was many things to many people, but one thing was constant, she loved everyone. A ready smile and a kind, thoughtful word was what she gave to everyone.

Fran was active in her church of 35 plus years, Ten Mile Missionary Baptist Church, raced motorcycles in her younger years, loved gardening, hunting and nurturing humans and animals. She ministered to her community in the Ready Club for many years. She adored her family and made each one of them feel special and loved. A memorial service will be at Ten Mile Missionary Baptist Church Tuesday at 1pm.
