Frank T. Edmonds (73) was born on April 27, 1948 and passed away on May 3, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his parents Jimmy and Gabrielle (Gaby) Edmonds, and his brother, Gerard Escouflaire who lived in Germany.  Frank is survived by one sister, Annie Ross of Little Rock, two nephews, Stephen Ross of Memphis (Ellyn Daniel Ross), Michael Ross of San Francisco, two nieces, Annette and Monique of Germany and their families, and two great nieces, Madison, of San Francisco, and Frances, of Memphis.

Frank graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Counseling.  Within his 36 year career, he worked in various school districts in Arkansas, the majority in Osceola and Pulaski County Special School District.

Anyone who met Frank learned quickly of his love for cars.  He subscribed to several car magazines and would spend hours reading them from cover to cover.  In his later years he enjoyed traveling.  Two of his more memorable trips included a visit to Paris where he saw many of the sites his mother had talked about throughout her life.  He also traveled to Italy with the Holy Souls Church Choir where they performed in the Vatican.
