Harold Wayne Cooper, 86, of Monticello died Saturday, December 16, 2017. He was born December 9, 1931 in Izard County to the late Burgess and Bernice Faust Cooper. Mr. Cooper served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and later was the owner of Cooper's Jewelry Company.

Mr. Cooper is survived by his wife, Clara Hastings Cooper and his sons, Bennett and David Cooper.
