Hazel Virginia (Mattox) Pool, age 86 of Redfield, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. She was born July 14, 1931 in Jasper, Texas to the late James and Carrie Willis Mattox. Hazel worked many years for Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System as a ward clerk. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leonard Jolly.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Pool of Redfield and a daughter, Theresa Lee of Hampton, Virginia.
