James Pridgeon Jr., age 78 of Pine Bluff passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at his home.  He was born on December 20, 1941 in Pine Bluff to Arquilla Cole and James Pridgeon.  James was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Johnny Pridgeon, Frank Pridgeon, and Donald Pridgeon; two sisters, Carolyn Sue Pridgeon and Bertha Downs.  James attended St Peters Catholic High School in Pine Bluff before joining the United States Army.    James was a man who wasn't restricted by anyone or anything.  He loved traveling the world.

He is survived by son, James Marjus Pridgeon; sisters, Martha (Samuel) Holmes and Shirley Pridgeon; numerous nieces and nephews.
