James Michael Osborn age 57 of Little Rock passed away on Friday, November 8, 2021 at his home.  He was born on May 31, 1964 in Scott, Tennessee to Edna Darlene Blair and Glen Osborn.  James served his country in the United States Army.  He is preceded in death by his father.
