Ms. Janice Palmer Whitfield, age 68 of Little Rock departed this life on Thursday, January 30, 2020, at CHI St. Vincent Hospital. She was preceded in death by her mother, Willie Lee Palmer (Bill); father, Saul Eugene Palmer Sr.; brother, Ronnie Royce Palmer; sister, Debra Ann Palmer.

She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Eloise Palmer Perkins, Saul Palmer Jr., Jackie Palmer, Linda Palmer Luster, and David Palmer; nephew, Bobby Perkins; niece, Netra Bibbs, as well as a host of other nieces and nephews, and family members whom she dearly loved. Janice was a retired employee of Arkansas State Hospital. She battled an illness for several years, but, she fought a good fight and she kept the faith. She is going to be missed each and every day by her family. The family will be at #7 Forestview Place, Little Rock, AR, 72204.
