Jerry Chavez age 67 of Ward, Arkansas passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Unity Health in Searcy.  He was born on April 16, 1952 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to the late Emma Valdez and Andy Chavez.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife Sandra.
