John Paul Toney was born on October 17, 1968 in Joplin, Missouri to Sam and Mary Toney. He passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2022 at 10:20 pm at Conway Regional Medical Center in Conway, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by grandmother, Edea Toney; grandfather, Harvey Toney; grandfather, Walter Frost; grandmother, Robbie Moseley; his father, Sam Toney

John Paul is survived by wife, Julie Towl; son, Paul Toney Jr; mother, Mary Rainwater; brother, David Elkins; nephew, Alex Elkins; many aunts,uncles and cousins.
