Karen Annette Treadway age 73 passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021 at St Vincent Hospital. She was born on September 7, 1948 in Camden, Arkansas to Callie Louise Williams and Hubert Byrn. Annette worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She is preceded in death by husband, Thomas Treadway; father, Hubert Byrn.

Annette is survived by daughter, Laura Treadway; son, Terry Treadway; grandchildren, Troy Treadway and Cara Degler; great grandchildren, Peyton Treadway, Clair Treadway, Coraline Treadway, Natalie Kumpe, and Isaac Kumpe; mother, Callie Andrews.
