Kathy Harp age 57 of England, Arkansas passed away Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock. She was born on December 13, 1960 in Little Rock to the late Thomas Holman and Cora Taylor.
Kathy is survived by her daughter, Amanda Scoby of Stuttgart, Arkansas.
