Kelli Nelson was born May 9, 1967 in Los Angeles, California. At age three, the family moved to North Little Rock where she remained for her lifetime.
Kelli loved "spooky" things. Her favorite holiday was Halloween. When she was a little girl she used to sing a song she wrote called "Halloween is Christmas"~ this still makes the family smile! She loved the movie "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and even named her dog "Oogie" after "Oogie Boogie" from the film. She loved her sweet dog "Skrufy" very much. Kelli enjoyed shopping for bargains and yard sailing.
She was bright, creative and had an infectious laugh, and a beautiful smile. Kelli is predeceased by parents, Bill and Jean Ivy; infant brother, William O. Ivy; half brother, Anthony Bates.

She is beloved and survived by husband, Stuart Cross; daughter, Amber Ivy Nelson; sister, Kandy Ivy; niece, Sarah Heinemann.
