Larry Franklin Russell age 64 passed away in Conway on Friday, February 23, 2018. He was born on June 30,1953 to the late Franklin Parnnell and Patsy Ruth Harper in Manila, Arkansas. Joe was a truck driver for Kroger before retiring. He was preceded in death by his son, Bradley Russell.
Joe is survived by his son, Michael Russell of Rogers; a grandchild, Payton Rebecca Russell; two sisters, Betty Ozburn of Heber Springs and Virginia Brister of Marion, Arkansas.
