Lowell Dean Swearingen, 68, of Hot Springs died Sunday, December 29, 2019. He was born April 11, 1951 in Paragould to Cecil and Pauline Robertson Swearingen. Mr. Swearingen was a mental health therapist for the Arkansas Prison System.

Mr. Swearingen is survived by his wife, Darci Barajas Swearingen; children, Jennifer Campbell, Bryan Swearingen and Lauren Hardin, all of Hot Springs and Daniel Swearingen of Houston, Texas; step-children, Jacob Bryan and Dalton Bryan, both of Hot Springs, and four grandchildren.
