Obituary
Mamie Rosella Wisecarver, age 86 passed away in Little Rock on Sunday, May 20, 2018. She was born in Hamburg, Arkansas on January 16, 1932 to the late Emmet Pennington and Ivy Smith Pennington. Mamie was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Wisecarver; sister, Cliffie Oden; three brothers, Lawrence Pennington, M. Don Pennington and Richard Pennington; son in law, Larry Joe Young.
She is survived by her daughter, Jane Young of Sherwood, Arkansas; two sisters, Faye Thomas of Bastrop, Louisiana and Marlene (Barney) Dowden of Bossier City, Louisiana; four grandchildren, Amanda Sobczak of Cabot, Arkansas, Carrie Young of Sherwood, Arkansas, Jason (Teresa) Young of Ward, Arkansas, Andy Young of Sherwood, Arkansas; three great grandchildren, Haley Sobezak, Abby Young, and Justin Sobczak; a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date. Cremation services are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501) 313-5431.
