Margaret Simpson, age 84 of Conway passed away Thursday, January 29, 2026. She was born on April 20, 1941 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Max and Phylis Hess Bishop. In 1959, Margaret graduated from Madison High School in Dayton, Ohio. After retiring from AT&T in 1993, Margaret spent her time painting, reading and going to craft shows. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Don Fugett; second husband, Wayne Simpson; daughter, Lisa Sakevicius and her husband, Joseph; two stepson, Robert Simpson and Jason Simpson and his wife, Lisa.

Margaret is survived by daughter, Stacy Willock from Greenville, Texas; son, Daniel Fugett and his wife, Kathleen from Chesapeake, Virginia; three brother, Max Bishop and his wife, Margaret of Tiffin, Ohio, James Bishop and his wife, Marianne of Cabot, Arkansas and Barney Bishop and his wife, Martene of Englewood, Ohio; eleven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.

Memorial service is 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Christ Worship Center on 105 West Myrtle in Cabot, Arkansas. Rev Randy Mann will be the officiate.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501)313-5431
