Melanie Kathleen Winters age 53 of McRae, Arkansas passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Unity Hospital in Searcy.  She was born on December 14, 1965 in Little Rock to the late Willie Mae Martin and Ronald S. Cunningham.  Melanie was a loving wife and mother who was always available for her family and friends.  She loved taking walks in the woods and caring for her dogs and cats.

Melanie is survived by her husband, Daniel Winters; daughters, DeShay Pruitt of Jacksonville and Danielle Winters of McRae; three grandchildren, Lillie Nichole Kirk, James Taylor Kirk and Breanna Nichole Winters; brothers, Kelvin (Julia) Cunningham of Greenbriar and Larry (Janet) Cunningham of Sherwood; numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service to celebrate Melanie's life will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Lookout Point on Pinnacle.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501)313-5431.
