Michael Tearl Parr, age 72 passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at the VA Hospital in Little Rock. He was born on January 13, 1951 in Hazen, Arkansas to Tearl Parr and Kathryn Hall. Tearl served his country in the United States Army.
He is survived by sister, Barbara (Nick) Moody of Conway.
