Beloved daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend, Neeley Nicole Cowen, 38, left this world on May 8, 2020.

Neeley was born and raised in McGehee, Arkansas to parents, Fred and Karen (Hopper) Cowen. She attended McGehee Elementary and McGehee High School. After graduation, Neeley enlisted in the United States Air Force where she served our country for four years.

Neeley was an artistic person who enjoyed playing her guitar and listening to all genres of music. She was funny, outgoing, kindhearted, and loyal beyond measure. Her presence in our lives will be sorely missed. When you think of Neeley, celebrate the good memories you have of her. Remember that life is fragile, short, and should be lived to the fullest.

Neeley leaves behind her parents; brother, Brandon "Tuki" Cowen and wife, Teresa; sister, Amy (Cowen) Stephens and husband, Thomas; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Neeley was preceded in death by her grandparents, Willis and Geneva Hopper, and Homer and Berta Mae Cowen, of McGehee, AR.
