Otis Don Neal Sr., age 93 of Nashville, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at Arkansas State Veterans Hospital in Little Rock.  He was born on April 28, 1928 in Paraloma, Arkansas to the late Jadie Nuraley and R.D. Neal Sr.
