Otta Ruston, 56, of North Little Rock passed away June 9, 2022. She was born February 16, 1966 in Paris, Arkansas to the late Lewis and Doris Flaherty. In addition to her parents, Otta was preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Flaherty; and her sister, Jane Bartsch.

Otta is survived by her long- time companion and love of her life, Stewart Watson; her caring and loving daughter, Kadie Ruston; grandsons, Skyler Phillips and Trevor Phillips;  five brothers, Thomas, Stephen, Jackie, Lewis and Truman Flaherty; and  nine sisters, Brenda Phillips, Linda O'Kuly, Joann McMasters, Kathy Jackson, Mary Stockdale, Angela Predmore, Molly Brixie, Polly Dickson and Doris Calhoun.  Arrangements by Cremation Services of Arkansas.
