Pamela Kay McClellan-Sheppard age 63 of Jacksonville passed away Monday, October 16, 2023.  She was born on December 9, 1959 in Little Rock to Betty Ann Campbell and James Kenneth McClellan Sr.  She was preceded in death by parents, Betty and James McClellan; two sisters, Elizabeth Campbell and Cheryl Renee McClellan,

Pamela leaves behind two children, Rhonda Gale (Rick) Horn-Fulmer and Matthew Sean Sheppard; siblings, William Lynn McClellan, Daryl Ray McClellan, James Kenneth McClellan Jr, Sussie McClellan and Alan Dale McClellan; grandchild, Jayln Fulmer; great grandchild, Jayln Sean Fulmer Jr.

Pamela was a very caring person who was loved by so many.  She loved her grandchild and great grandchild so much.  She love spending time with family and friends.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501)313-5431.
