Patricia Jean Holifield, age 75 passed from this life on June 8, 2020 from heart failure.  Beloved sister and aunt was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd J and Valasta Grider Holifield; brothers, Michael F. Holifield and Eric C. (Loretta) Holifield; five nieces, Michelle, Lisa, Natalie, Jessika and Erin; nephew, Cameron.

Patricia could be considered a renaissance woman. She was born on June 28, 1944 in St Louis, Missouri.  After graduating high school, she went on to study math and graduate from University of Arkansas.  She was a computer whiz, contributed to the first trip to the moon, and after her retirement from IBM went on to obtain a degree in philosophy at University of Arkansas Little Rock.  Patricia later became an avid glass artist and teacher.  She travelled to six of the seven continents.  She was a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Little Rock.  Among her many loves and talents were cooking, hosting, reading, photography, sewing, knitting, journaling and her cat, Charlie (and others before him).

Patricia was most of all beloved by family and many friends.  There will not be a memorial service held for Patricia.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501)313-5431
