Patricia Ann Pettengill was born June 28th in the year of our Lord 1951 and died Sunday, February 10th in the year of our Lord 2019 at 67 years old. She was born in Springfield, Missouri to Phyllis and Charles O'Brien, she had one brother Neil O'Brien.

Patricia was married to Michael Eugene Pettengill, they got divorced in 2010. Patricia and Michael had two children, Chad Eugene Pettengill, and Marnita DeAnn Worsham.

Survived by her is her brother, Neil O'Brien; daughter, Marnita Worsham; five grandchildren, Patrick Michael Pettengill, Charles Allen Pettengill, Anita Cheyenne Rain Worsham, Christopher Michael Pettengill, and Clarissa Ann Pettengill; son in law, Charles Worsham; daughter in law, Christene Pettengill; grandson of the heart, Garrett Conway.

Patricia was percided in death by her ex husband, Michael Eugene Pettengill; mother, Phyllis O'Brien; father, Charles O'Brien; son, Chad Pettengill.

Patricia loved to fish, go for rides down long country back roads, spending time with her family, and being around animals. Her favorite animals were her horses and her dashhound dog named Spanky who died a few years before her. Patricia was a loving soul with a big heart who gave freely never expecting anything in return.

If you ever crossed paths with her, you never forgot her. Not because of her size or even because of being in a wheelchair, but because of her big heart, warm smile, and whitty sence of humor. She loved the lord, she loved life, and she loved her family. Patricia lost her fight to cancer at 11:45 pm Sunday. She will be greatly missed, and never forgotten.
