Raymon "Ray" Navarro Felton, age 84 passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs.  He was born on December 21, 1936 in Hannable, Missouri to Hazel Stillwill and William Felton.  Ray was preceded in death by parents, Hazel and William Felton; a brother; a sister.

Ray was survived by wife, Barbara Felton; sons, Ray Felton Jr and G.W. Felton; daughter, Robin Bruce; four grandchild; three great grandchildren.
