Richard Carroll Livdahl, 73, of Little Rock died Saturday, March 9, 2019. He was born April 5, 1945 in Omaha, Nebraska to the late Earl Carroll and Eleanor Hultgren Livdahl. Mr. Livdahl was a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church and worked as the Deputy Director of the Department of Human Services of Arkansas. He was a graduate of the University of Nebraska. He was an avid reader and enjoyed golfing and boating.

Mr. Livdahl is survived by his children, Alicia Livdahl, Todd Livdahl and Chad Livdahl; former wife, Patricia Livdahl; former step-children, Wayne Adams, Jr. and Suzette Birch; grandchildren, Allias Wilson, Brandon Livdahl, Tristan Livdahl, Nicholas Edwards and Zachary Edwards.
