Rick Foster Anderson, age 28 passed away Thursday, March 26, 2020 at his home in Hot Springs.  He was born on September 26, 1991 in Little Rock to Patricia Rhodes and Bruce Wayne Foster.  Rick was known to his friends in Hot Springs as "Kaspr."

Rick had a giant heart and a contagious smile who was always making jokes. He wore his cross necklace and talked about his faith and his daughter, Addyson everyday.   Rick enjoyed taking pictures of old things that most people have lost interest in over time.

He was very loved and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
