Roy Glenn Waggoner 57 years old of Crossett Arkansas went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday July 13th at 2:00 pm. He was born June 2, 1965 to Ernest and Ann Waggoner of Eros, Louisiana. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ann Waggoner; step-mother, Cassille Waggoner; step-brother, Kyle Matheny Waggoner; grandparents, Jim and Bessie Waggoner and Frank and Edna Williamson; nephew, Wesley Allen Mercer; late wife, Elizabeth Bradley Waggoner

Roy is survived by his wife of three months, Bambi Hicks Waggoner; dad, Ernest Waggoner; sister, Yvonne (Larry) Jones; brother, Terry (DeeAnn) Waggoner; brother, Danny (Michelle) Waggoner; sons, Jonathan Rese Waggoner and Zechariah Waggoner; brother in-law, Mike (Ida) Hicks; step-sister, Lorra (Steven) Pettit; best friend, Bobby Hogue; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was a deputy at the Tensas parish correctional center for several years until he was diagnosed with diabetes which was the beginning of his many health problems.

Roy was very special from the time he was a little boy and always had a heart of gold, always wanting to give to his family and friends whether he had it to give or not. He will be dearly missed by all of us. Our hearts are broken but we are so thankful that you are no longer suffering and you are resting in the arms of our heavenly father. We look forward to the day when we can see you again. We love you.

Visitation for Roy will be Saturday July 23, 12:00 pm at Cowboy Church at the Ok Corral. 547 Cooney Bonnett Road Eros, La.  Service will begin at 2:00 pm.  Cremation services are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501) 313-5431.
