Sasha Akers-Sokolnikov, age 62 of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Baptist Springhill Hospital.  She was born on May 2, 1958 in Joplin, Illinois to Alexandra and William Summers.  As a military child, Sasha went to 20 different school before earning her degree at the University of Texas San Antonio.  She was an avid writer and reader who loved her furry children.

Sasha is survived by husband of 25 years, Michael Akers and many friends and neighbors.
