Saundra Ann Vosburg, age of 79 of Mabelvale passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock.  She was born on January 2, 1946  in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Glen V. and Myrtle John Winkle.    After retiring from Soil Conservation and babysitting her three grandchildren, Sandy became involved in local politics.  She proudly served as the mayor of Shannon Hills.     Sandy was an active member at the Mabelvale Methodist Church.  She played a mean game of dominos.  Sandy enjoyed gardening, bird watching and singing.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Myrtle and Glen Winkle.

She is survived by her wonderful husband, Dickie Vosburg; two daughters, Toni Lynn Cobb and her husband, Ruben and Shelly Smith and her husband, Tim; three grandchildren, Hayden Cobb and his wife, Mandy, Piper Smith and her fiancé, Jackson Petty and Noah Smith; two sisters, Pat Smee and her husband, Larry and Kay Fisher and her husband, Keith; nephew, Cory Holt; niece, Taylor Sierocuk and her husband, Kyle; many friends.

A memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 11, 2025 with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. at Mabelvale Methodist Church.  The address of the church is 10500 Woodman Mabelvale, Arkansas.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501)313-5431.
