Shawn Patrick Lewis, age 52 of Russellville, Arkansas passed Friday, February 14, 2020 at his home in Russellville.  He was born on November 14, 1967 in Denver, Colorado to the late Mary Frances Blatnik and David Edward Lewis. Shawn was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Mary Lewis.

He is survived by sons, Eric Shawn Lewis and David Edward Lewis of Los Angles, California; step daughters, Cynthia Laura and Jessica Laura of California; sister, Holly (Robert) King of Golden, Colorado.

The family was a have a private memorial service in California.  Cremation services are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501)313-5431.
