Sheryl Nadine Starns, age 66 of Jacksonville passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock. She was born on August 22, 1957 in Manhattan, Kansas to Thomas W. Starns and Maytha Selby
She is survived by sister, Connie Cortez of Kansas.
