On Tuesday, August 9th Stanley E Mitts Jr., loving husband, father & papa of 5 passed away at 55 years of age.

Stan was born February 6th 1967 in Wichita Kansas to Stanley E. Mitts Sr. & Jeannette Mitts of Wichita KS. He married Tina (Talkington) Mitts on August 24th 1985, together they had two children; Stanley Jordan Mitts & Ashley Danielle Mitts who gave them five grandchildren; Cassidy, Riley, Jordyn, Hayley & Hunter.

He is survived by his parents; two brothers, Denny & Dwayne Mitts; one sister, Kimberly Routon; wife, Tina; children, Stanley and Ashley; five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Stan had a big love for his family, he gave the best hugs and would help anyone. He was always the life of the party and could always be found listening to music or tinkering. He was known for his quick wit, infectious laugh and his kind spirit. Nobody was a stranger to Stan, he made friends wherever he went.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday August 16th, 2022. We will be praying the Rosary at 12:30 pm for those who would like to attend. The service will be at 1:00 pm at St. Peters The Apostle Catholic Church, Wichita KS. at 11000 Southwest Blvd. The burial service will be at 2:00 pm at Resurrection Cemetary 1640 N. Maize Rd. Wichita, KS.
