T.C. Blanton, age 89 of Paragould, Arkansas passed away Friday, December 28, 2018 at UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas.  He was born December 22, 1929 in Hardin County, Tennessee to the late George Franklin and Vonecy Stephenson Blanton.

He is survived by two daughters, Rosemary (David) Fortner of Austin, Arkansas, Sandy (Steve) Lynn of Paragould, Arkansas; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sister, Ethel Franks of Corinth, Mississippi.
